Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the check-in date. For later cancellations, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged, and for no-shows, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
Do you provide airport transfer?
Yes, we offer paid transfers from Suceava (60 km) and Cluj (250 km) airports. Bookable at the time of check-in.
Do you accept children? Is a crib available?
Children are welcome. We provide free cribs for children under 2 years old and rollaway beds for children up to 12 years old (at an extra charge).
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed.
How is the payment made?
We accept payment by cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) at the reception, or by bank transfer for corporate bookings.
