The hall has a capacity of 40–50 people, depending on the chosen configuration. We recommend the most suitable arrangement based on the number of guests and the type of event.
What is included in the room rate?
The standard package includes room usage, a video projector, a projection screen, a sound system, two wireless microphones, dedicated Wi-Fi, bottled water at the table, and your preferred room setup. Catering, accommodation, and coffee-break services are quoted separately.
How far in advance can I book the room?
For large corporate events, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season. For flexible dates, you can contact the reception directly for availability.
Can we bring our own technical equipment?
Yes, you are free to bring your own equipment — laptop, cameras, presentation materials. The room is equipped with a video projector, screen, sound system, and wireless microphones, but we can also integrate your personal setup.
Do you offer a package including accommodation, a conference room, and meals?
Yes, for groups we can build a complete package: accommodation in the complex's two hotels, meals served at the restaurant, and access to the gym. Request a personalized offer for your group.
